Return or exchange of the goods
- In case of a withdrawal, the purchase agreement is cancelled from the beginning. The goods must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) days after the Buyer´s withdrawal from the agreement. If the Buyer withdraws from the agreement, he bears the costs associated with the return of the goods (e.g. transport) even in the case when the goods can not be returned via common mail system due to their nature.
- It is necessary to inform the Seller e-mail info@africanfashion.cz.
- Goods must be returned to: Nákupní 389/3, Praha, 10200.
- The seller will return the payment immediately (in 14 days) after receiving the goods.
Complaint
- In case of defects caused by the Buyer, the Buyer losts his right for returning the goods. In other cases, the Buyer can demand returning or exchanging the goods in 24 months after purchase.
- Goods must be returned to: Nákupní 389/3, Praha, 10200.
